  I had the privilege of using this facility and working with Dr. Trott and I am extremely happy with the outcome. The staff was courteous and helpful and Dr Trott spent the time to properly explain my situation and to answer all my questions and concerns.
  I Will definitely be returning to this facility for any future medical concerns as Dr. Trott's knowledge in internal medicine is even far more extensive than his specialty.

  I actually didn't have an experience here,thank goodness. Just the way they answered the phone was really, really, really awkward and unprofessional. I asked a few questions witch were ignored,they put me on hold and someone else picked up the phone and didn't even introduce herself. All she said when she picked up the phone was"hello?" So I explain myself again,still no comment,no questions,doesn't even sound like she wants to be there. Reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't go. I know I live in Lake City but.....professionalism people!!!!! Come on!!!!
